Standing by was Theo and Cleul, my older brothers. Both had matching looks of horror on their faces. I took one fleeting glance at them before an unbelievable pain over came my head. My mother had grabbed hold of my hair. She threw me down the stairs. I felt each bump and scrape as I went down and rolled into the garden.
